The fuel consumption

The fuel consumption is mainly influenced by the style of driving.
If a tuned car driven very sporty, a little increase of the fuel consumption has to be expected. If the car is driven almost like before the tuning was installed, even if the higher performance is used for acceleration and overtaking, the fuel consumption stays almost as original, under certain circumstances it could be also a little lower than original.
Additionally the use of special air filters can lead to reduced fuel consumption due to higher air mass and therefore more efficient combustion of the fuel.
But keep in Mind:
Continuous use of increased performance and lower fuel consumption at the same time is not realistic.
