DESCRIPTIONS,
Every effort is made to make sure product information is correct and up to date at the time of publishing.
Part numbers used within the HOLLANDROVER website are used for reference purposes only, and do not imply or indicate the identity or origin of the part.

IMAGES,
Digital images of parts / items should be veiwed as a picture reference only. The part / item you recieve may differ from the image, this will not affect fitment or performance.

PRICING,
All prices quoted online exclude UK VAT. Every effort is made to keep pricing upto date. However we reserve the right to change prices without notice.

DELIVERY,
Providing the part / item is in stock we aim to despatch all orders placed before 2:00 pm on the same day (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays) using a standard carriage. However, you should allow upto 48 hours for us to dispatch your goods from the time of ordering (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays)

If an order is required more urgently contact us to discuss the options. (See Next Day Delivery) If the part / item is not in stock we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
Next Day Delivery, Contact us in the first instance to check stock availability. This service can only be processed if the part is in stock and your order completed before 12:00 noon.
If you do not receive your parcel / package within 5 working days contact us without further delay 07816 561629.

PAYMENT,
Payment methods are clearly stated with in the website. The part / item shall remain the property of HOLLANDROVER until paid for in full. 

RETURNS,
Parts / items that have been used cannot be returned unless for a warranty claim.
In the event of a warranty claim, you should notify us first by telephone. The complaint / claim must then be put into writing unless otherwise discussed.
Parts / items that have been ordered incorrectly can be returned within a 7 day period from purchase. The part / item will / maybe subjected to a 25% handling charge and return postage cost will be the purchasers responsilbilty whatever the circumstance contact us to discuss the surrounding circumstance.
Parts / items must be returned in original packet / box and in good clean state. Your return parcel should be packed to a good standard for transit.
